Self-identification should not start on the form. It begins with the confirmation of the activities, sectors, size, establishment and services provided by the entity.

    Map entity

    Gather identification, activities, sectors, subsectors, size, establishments and relevant services.

  2. 02

    Test Framework

    To relate the data collected with Articles 3 to 9 and the sectoral annexes of the RJCS.

  3. 03

    Validate representation

    confirm who may act and prepare powers, mandate or delegation where applicable.

  4. 04

    Submit and preserve

    Review information, submit MyCiber and keep receipts, date, time and version of the items sent.

No. It is initial support and does not replace the procedure or a decision of the competent authority.

What deadline should be considered?

Article 8 distinguishes entities already active and new entities; the concrete count shall be confirmed by the availability of the platform and the applicable regulation.
