Plan
Assess needs, coverage, cabling, risks and capacity. Define the architecture, select equipment and plan implementation around the organisation’s spaces, teams and priorities, with a clear scope for each stage.
Install and configure
Install equipment and configure networks, VLANs, VPNs and access policies. Integrate systems, test coverage and operation, and validate the setup with your team to prepare the infrastructure for everyday use.
Manage, monitor and support
Equipment monitoring, alert management and updates, with technical assistance and incident resolution. Support hours, channels and response times are defined in the service agreement.
Document and evolve
Maintain equipment inventories and configuration documentation, and transfer knowledge to your team. Review capacity, changing needs and improvement opportunities, planning the infrastructure’s evolution as your organisation grows.
Before you start
Does all existing infrastructure need replacing?
Not necessarily. We assess what can be retained, integrated or replaced. Implementation can be phased.
Does monitoring include a 24/7 response?
Coverage hours, monitored alerts and response times are defined in the proposal. Platform monitoring capabilities do not automatically include a permanent response service.
Is the featured equipment suitable for every installation?
These are ecosystem examples. Final selection depends on capacity, site conditions, intended use and availability in Portugal.
Can our internal team keep managing the infrastructure with your support?
Yes. We can manage the infrastructure or co-manage it with your team. Together, we define access permissions, responsibilities, maintenance tasks and support procedures.
Can you support an existing UniFi installation?
Yes. We begin by assessing the equipment, configuration, documentation and available access. We then propose any necessary corrections and define the scope of management, monitoring and support.
How is installation planned to reduce disruption?
We assess dependencies and agree an implementation window with your organisation. Where possible, we roll out in phases, with testing and a recovery plan to limit the impact on operations.
