Responsibilities
- Provide L1 and L2 support for incidents and requests generated by monitoring systems or reported by clients.
- Operate monitoring platforms and escalate L3 or higher incidents to specialist teams.
- Perform routine procedures and planned out-of-hours tasks.
- Diagnose network and system issues, ensuring reliable operation.
Essential requirements
- Completed secondary education or current university attendance.
- Previous experience in similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Unix/Linux and virtualization environments.
- Knowledge of structured networks and TCP/IP protocols.
- Availability for 24/7 shifts.
- Good command of English.
